Beginning of tranquillity
(Left foot & hand forward then right foot & hand forward)
Brush knee push
(Left foot & right hand forward then right foot & left hand forward)
Monkey curves back arms
(Right hand pushes then left)
Grasp the bird’s tail
(Ward off, roll back, press, push; left foot forward then right)
Flash arms
(Left step then right)
Eagle in slanted flight
(Left side then right)
Return to stillness
