- Draw bow
- Stretch Arms
- Expand Chest
- Spread wings for flight
- Raise single iron fist
Section B (lower back & waist)
- Support sky with both arms
- Turn trunk & push palm
- Circle pelvis
- Stretch arms & bend trunk
- Bow step, thrust palm
- Press palms on feet
Section C (legs)
- Circle knees
- Reverse bow step
- Bow, squat & stretch legs
- One hand on knee, hold up the other
- Hold knee to chest
- Stroll through impregnable pass with firm strides
