Section A (neck & shoulders)

  • Turn neck
  • Draw bow
  • Stretch Arms
  • Expand Chest
  • Spread wings for flight
  • Raise single iron fist

Section B (lower back & waist)

  • Support sky with both arms
  • Turn trunk & push palm
  • Circle pelvis
  • Stretch arms & bend trunk
  • Bow step, thrust palm
  • Press palms on feet

Section C (legs)

  • Circle knees
  • Reverse bow step
  • Bow, squat & stretch legs
  • One hand on knee, hold up the other
  • Hold knee to chest
  • Stroll through impregnable pass with firm strides
